Established in 1964, the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing has inducted over 4,000 members. Each year the chapter sponsors local events in the community, funds competitive research proposals, supports student attendance at scholarly conferences, and partners with local, regional, national, and international organizations in efforts to enhance the health and well-being of people across the globe.
